By creating a Buildliy account or using buildliy.com you agree to these terms. If you're using Buildliy on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for anything that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Don't use Buildliy to generate code that's illegal, infringing, malicious, or designed to harass real people. Don't try to extract our system prompts, reverse-engineer our agent pipeline, or scrape the product at scale. Don't generate content that sexualizes minors. We may suspend accounts that violate this section without notice.
You own the prompts you write and the code Buildliy generates for you. By using the service you grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content solely to operate Buildliy. Public projects are licensed permissively so others can fork and remix them.
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until you cancel. Each plan includes an allowance of build credits (Pro from $20/mo and Business from $40/mo, each starting at 100 credits, with larger credit amounts and annual billing available; Business is priced at twice the Pro rate per credit and includes team governance features); the Free plan provides 30 credits per month. Credits are consumed only by the build agent — the AI that builds and edits your app — as builds run; your project database and hosting are included and never consume credits. Unused monthly credits roll over to the next billing cycle, capped at one month's allowance, and expire after that. On annual plans the full year's credits are available upfront and expire at the end of the annual term. Optional one-time top-up credit packs are added to a separate balance valid for 12 months from your most recent top-up purchase; each new top-up refreshes that 12-month window for the whole balance. Unused credits expire per this schedule and have no cash value. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice — existing subscriptions are honored at the prior price through the end of the current billing period.
All sales are final. Buildliy subscriptions and top-up purchases are non-refundable. This is the industry standard for AI app builders (Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Replit, GitHub Copilot, and the underlying Anthropic / OpenAI APIs all operate the same way) and exists because the AI tokens, sandbox compute, and hosting we provide are paid to third-party vendors in real time and cannot be reversed once consumed. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing — your access continues through the end of the current billing period, and the subscription does not renew. Top-up credit balance is non-refundable and remains usable for 12 months from your most recent top-up purchase, even after a subscription cancellation. If Buildliy is materially broken in a way that prevented you from getting the service you paid for (e.g. a multi-day outage, a paid feature that does not work as documented), contact support@buildliy.com and we'll handle case-by-case. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension. By purchasing a subscription or top-up you waive any right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to immediate-delivery digital services under your local consumer-protection law (where waiver is permitted).
We aim for high uptime but Buildliy is offered as-is. Scheduled maintenance, third-party AI provider outages, and rare incidents may cause downtime. There's no SLA on the free plan.
You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing — one click, no calls, no retention loops. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period and then ends at the next renewal date. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are abusing the service. On termination we'll keep your data for 30 days so you can export, then permanently delete it.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Buildliy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via email and in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
