On annual plans you get a fresh month of credits every month, and unused credits keep rolling within your term (up to a full year's worth) so nothing you paid for goes to waste. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months from purchase.

Buildliy is non-refundable, like every other AI app builder (Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor, Replit). Every build, we pay Anthropic for tokens, E2B for sandbox time, and our hosting in real-time — those vendor bills can't be reversed.
What you CAN do: cancel anytime in one click (Settings → Billing). Your plan ends at the next billing date — no traps. Unused top-up credits stay on your account.
If something is straight-up broken — a build never completed, a feature you paid for doesn't work — email support@buildliy.com and we'll make it right case-by-case.
Teams are a Business feature. Business includes unlimited collaborators — no per-seat fees, ever. Invite your whole team; everyone draws from one shared monthly credit pool, so you pay for usage, not headcount.
Free and Pro are single-user plans. Business also adds the governance layer: team workspace, roles & permissions, centralized billing, and priority support.
Yes on every plan. GitHub export creates a private repo with your generated code. Your database lives in Postgres and you can dump it via the Connect tab anytime.
We're a tool, not a trap. If you move off Buildliy, you take everything with you.
No. If your app sells anything, Stripe Connect routes payments directly to your Stripe account. We don't see them, don't tax them, don't touch them. Ever.
Yes — flip the Monthly/Annual toggle above the plans. Annual gets you 2 months free on every credit amount (Pro starts at $200/year, Business at $400/year), and you get a fresh month of credits each month that roll over within your term. Manage or switch your billing cycle anytime in Settings → Billing.
